Is There a Book in you? The Resources Writers Need to Get Published
'Is there a book in you?' is a serious examination of the resources those who would be published must have at their disposal. It uses a basic questionnaire (validated by Dr Christopher Hand of Kingston Business School) which lists ten key requirements that potential authors must consider. The project involved writers of all kinds (from academic to mass market, celebrated to not-yet-published), as well as interviews with other key decision makers in the process of creating books (publishers, retailers, reviewers, agents, those running book groups, librarians, as well as those supporting writers).
